Ok, PWI is "America based" for american people...but also more other play it: european, english, russian people, poland, turkey ...
Now, the great event (city of abomination and dragon palace) start at 8 pm (20.00) for the american people.
With the time zone, for example 6 hours for european people, this make the 2 am start great event for the european people!
It is really impossible to make Dragon palace event and city of abomination with this time (2 am into european country).
Now if the likeable devs :shy change the time of event to for example 6 hours this make the 16.00 (4 pm) for the American people and the 20.00 (8.00 pm) for european people.
More people with this can make this great event.
Please..... b:beg
I dont know how many time zone have American nation to east coast at west coast.

The thing is, the events are tailored to Americans and their target audience is the Americans. And quite a lot of the players in the US are in fact working adults and you can bet your **** that they won't be home for an event at 4pm. Same actually applies to a lot of high school kids and university students, as their lessons or lectures can run up to 4pm or even past that.
Also, PWI is not "global", that is not the meaning of "international". International means "across more than one nation", which the North America happens to be. Just because they're not banning people from other regions doesn't mean that they'd have to please them.
Also, the "devs" are in China, not in the US.
And the last time I checked, Poland, Turkey and the Great Britain were all European nations. If you disregard what I say because of who I am or because of the contents of what I said, you are a fool.
Everyone wants to be different, but when you're different you wish you were normal.0 -
Well, Olba is right, although it would really be nice. Remember that Wraith Event some months ago? The time was chosen perfectly. Like 4pm in Europe. And it was even less laggier.0

You're rigth olba, but on another hand, cashshop is open for everyone and european pay too (for those who buy in cashshop).
So why is there a difference for events and not for cash shop?0 -
You can't really compare the cash shop and events. The boutique is an in-game function. I don't know the purchasing zen thing works, but I'm going to also assume it's running 24/7. It doesn't make sense to prohibit people from buying things at certain hours during the day.
However, an event ceases to be an event when it's available throughout the day. It only makes sense for it to have a somewhat rare occurence, for it to be called an event. It's not like it's banning people from outside US from taking part. It's just more inconvenient for those people, because like Olba said, they were not the target audience.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
I have only try to ask, becouse more people of PWI community says this (above all European).
Sure, America guys want the economic dominion, and they can have it if only they make this 2 event with special rare reward.
But PWI devs want more people that play pvp event (Abomination/DPalace) and use charm or wantWell, Olba is right, although it would really be nice. Remember that Wraith Event some months ago? The time was chosen perfectly. Like 4pm in Europe. And it was even less laggier.
Now is PWI that choose with 1 american location and 1 european big country that want favor European, favor American or favor PWI community (European+American)You're rigth olba, but on another hand, cashshop is open for everyone and european pay too (for those who buy in cashshop).
So why is there a difference for events and not for cash shop?
And little number of people want not more PG into event to collect it to sell into Cat Shop for +20KK (economic dominium)....(more european people dont buy this item with large price b:chuckle)
Honower other people can like the Pvp respect aspect (ecenomic dominium), and more people (American+European) into event = more pvp (minor probability to collect).
Now OT question:
1) International = inter (latin adverb) - nation.... USA is 1 nation with a country federation b:laugh
2) Turkey: ceographical in middle west, political not into European community (only says to entry) See here, turkey negotiatin status... Poland from 2004.
3) Devs in china. Not sure: GM is the managers of the forum, Devs is the chinese creators of PW ? and the society that manage the server of PWI who is?0 -

The target audience for PWI, as I already said, is North America, which covers quite a few countries other than the United States.
The "devs", or developers, are the programmers in China who are making the game. GMs are the "managers" that work both on the forums and in the game, responding to things like bug reports, abuse reports and the like. Also, the Moderators on the forums (users with green-ish icon and "mod" in place of their level, such as aryannamage or Konari), are the "managers" of the forum. Just that the GMs are their bosses. Also, Moderators are volunteers whereas GMs are actual employees of PWE.If you disregard what I say because of who I am or because of the contents of what I said, you are a fool.

But for example, if an event is played at 8PM into american country, this is at 2 am into european country.
And if 1 event is player at 12am or 4 pm into european country, this is at 6 am or 10 am into American country.
Now if 1 event is make 2 time into every day, only 1 people that play 24 hours every day can make 2 time.
Every people American or European play 1 event into likeable time-zone.
See for example the Summer Festival.
This is played at 10 pm and 3 am into european country, or 4pm or 9 pm
European play it at 10 pm - 4 pm, American play it at 3 am - 9pm
At 4 pm more american is at work or at school and dont play it and at 3 am more european is into bed.Olba - Sanctuary wrote: »The "devs", or developers, are the programmers in China who are making the game. Other example: for My client, the Cubizone buy the licenses from Perfect World Beijing and distributes PW into My-eng nation.
MY-MS have: devs - distributor - Gm/moderator.
INT, here is only: devs - Gm/moderator.
