Neither....get the attendance rings if you can
Ok truthfully, I prefer the Heavenly lords, both for the price and the crit bonus they give. Misty forest rings wouldnt really be that much of a benefit (unless youre pvping another archer) considering we already have a high accuracy as is and rarely miss (once or twice u do see a couple of misses but thats ok). I believe the 100+ phy atk and 2% crit is much better.
PS: Currently using 2x Heavenly Lords and my level is 89 :P0 -
Misties are great, for barbs. For archers, there's a few rings that are probably better: Heavenly Lord rings, for one. Archers don't really need that boost in accuracy-they can use boosts elsewhere though...like phys resistance, increased attack...the list goes on.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
Lvl10XBarb
Lvl10XArcher

For higher level PvP have at least one ring that gives 50% accuracy.
Otherwise for PvE I'd stick with Heavenly lord rings.5.0 "Pure" 8jun Sage Clawrcher of Dreamweaver0 -
Accuracy is nice to have, but it's mainly used against other archers/dex bms. Archer rely heavily on crit so crit would be a much better option.
Regardless of how much Accuracy you have, you will always miss a shot or 2.0 -
I would say the Heavenly Lord Rings are way better than the Misty Rings for Archers. The extra %50 accuracy just isn't worth the decrease in Physical Attack and Critical Hit. If you really want more accuracy (which by lvl 95+ you probably will) then get a Ring of Mastadon's Strength or even better a Lunar Ring.0

Seal of Solitude(dex and vit and nice dmg)/Lunar Chaos(def bonus and accuracy) > Heavenly Lord/Mastadon's(archer pvp) > Misty.
in that order0 -

Added attendance rings. Personally, I'd say one Misty Forest Ring and one Attendance Ring would do until 88, at which point switching to Heavenly Lords becomes better. And yes, I know nobody has the 90-day Attendance ring yet, but there's less than 2 weeks until the first few start showing up.0 -
If you pvp you want one ring with 50% acc.
Pve wise its not that great.0 -
this is just what i do...
i got 2 heaven lords and one misty (its rly not that expensive) and i just switch between the misty and the 2nd heaven lord depending what im fighting:
-misty when pvp against archer/fist bm/etc
-heaven lord for pve and pvp against robes and stuffs0 -

Something else to consider that hasn't been mentioned yet, there are a few cases where you do want the highest accuracy you can get as possible and where damage does not matter in PVE. One is FCC and the other is Nirvana (just dealing with a few particular mobs - not the entire run). This is when you might consider wearing a misty.
In FCC in the room with the exploding hands and killing of the heads for exp, although missing one attack is fine in this case because there is enough time for you to land another hit. It's still is an annoyance and embarrassing as an archer - the highest accuracy class (also sins) to see your attacks miss when you really want it to hit. You have no idea how many times I open with STA on bosses and mobs in RB and then someone in the squad tells you to use STA - then you tell them "the attack missed and my skill is in cool down."
However, in Nirvana (lvl 100+ instance) in the room with Demonic Dictator where White and Dark Wing mobs spawns, you seriously don't want your attack to miss when killing those Darkwings or it's squad wipe out. I learned it the hard way when my attack had missed on one of those and wished I had a misty on. Demon lighting strike is an attack that never misses, but I just don't find the few seconds of channeling and casting reassuring when you have the urge to kill something immediately.0 -

Thunderous Blast never misses, but I do not know if that would work there.
However, if you get stacked with a lot of -accuracy, you might want two misties.
Thunderous Blast can miss, no where in the skill description says it will never miss, and having two misties...I think that's over kill for an archer.0 -
It really depends. They give the same phy attack bonus more or less(heavly lord like +4 more attack) but if you need more crit double the heavnly lords, if you need accuracy double the misteys.
What i do is Mix it up
1 heavnly
1 mistey
This way i still get extra crit and good acuracy and Good Physical attack[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
And Yes Thunderous blast DOES MISS, It may be metal but its based off your phy attack[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

**** the talk
Just spend all your money on this game and buy two lunar rings
+3% crits and 50% accuracy and mdef
who needs a life when there's perfect world?
