How can we take care of equipment?

I have a problem with that how to care of my equipment.I have a 3 stared Trial Wand given by the Elder. I used it for about a week then I realised that the picture of the item appeared on my screen as "Take care of your equipment!". I don't want it broken but it will if I don't do anything to protect the weapon. How can I protect things? :S

    Go to any blacksmith, tailor, merchant, craftsman or apothecary, go to the Goods dialogue, and hit Repair All at the bottom to repair all equipped equipment. You can also hit Repair to repair individual pieces of equipment, whether equipped or in inventory.

    I tried that but I don't see a Repair All button.

    Go to the screen you would use to buy and sell to the NPC.
    Bottom right of that screen is the repair button.
