    It's good enough for the minimum. Avoid archosaur's west side and central area whenever you can though. Make sure you don't use sharpen effect, and turn some of the other effects down (come on, who needs to see all of a tree? Cloud? Or flowers/grass? Maybe if you wanted to take a screen. The most demanding effects are: Distance, Water, Textures, Sharpen/Soften, V-Sync (V-Sync will slow down even more if you have other effects) and Shadows.)

    Distance should be at slot 2 or 1 for you.

    Turn on Proxy graphics too (under UI section of system settings; turn effects all the way to left for proxy, and change distances to about 40-59 or so.)

    DO NOT TURN ON V-SYNC (in game. On your video card though, it should be fine.)
