    For me, good. For the economy afterwards, very bad.

    Overkill at this point. We now spend at least a third of the time with double drops on currently. People are now beginnign to depend on these. I see it all the time, "hey wanna go do a TT? Nah I'll just wait for double drops" to the point where people just sit around and wait for double drops before they farm their gear.


    And the impact on the economy is terrible. Running any TT other than 3-3 is now useless. The double drops has created a huge influx of TT mats and their prices have DRASTICALLY crashed.



    TT mats were finally on Raging Tide starting to go up a bit. And then as SOON as they start to rise.... BAM, double drop event. This is so stupid. All this double drops really is, is a ploy from PWE to remove anyway you have of making coins so that you are forced to cash shop. Sure I get double drops in TT, but it doesn't mean much when those drops are worthless does it? 2 x 0 = 0

    i like it. normally, the auction house on RT is pretty dead, while during double drop events, you finally find some stuff.
    also, with nerfed DQ prices, this will help a bit making a financial backup till they came up with their compensation solution.

    ..and with this the gold-farmers don't loose 20% but they gain 60%

    First time since I've been playing this game that I'm seriously debating quiting. Not just because of this double everything 'event', but the whole patch seems a joke.

    I'm sure it will still take me a good while to go through the process of giving up and quiting the game, but it will definitely come sooner than I had hoped for.

    What a shame...
