What level can you solo TB Fb19?

At what level can the boss of a TB FB19 be soloed as either a psychic or assassin?

    You mean the ocean tusker? I didn't think I tried until around level 50 on my psy. Might have been able to do it earlier though since he only did about 50 damage with white voodoo on. You would probably be able to solo him a lot earlier as an assassin with pots or the free charms you get along the way.

    That boss is like soo easy!. A lv 36 bm can solo it!
