Land Mounts

This might seem stupid, but how do you go about getting a land mount in the first place?? I know they require you to be level 20, but I've decided that I want to know now, as it might determine if I bother...b:surrender

    You can:

    1) Find another player selling one and buy it with coins

    2) Buy if from the Boutique (cash shop) with rl money

    3) Buy gold with in-games coins from the AH and then buy from the Boutique


    Keep i mind the level requirement will vary depending on the mount.

    And I believe you can buy a horse at the pet manager for...some ammount of coin.

    The horses at the pet manager NPC are around 2.5mil coins and the requirement is lvl40. Unless you spur them once, then they become lvl20 requirement (spur works on other mounts too). BUT I got my spurred NPC horse from the Auction House for only 1.5mil coins. It was a good catch. I totally recommend the AH, there are some underpriced mounts sometimes. c:

    I got my level 11 snow cub in the auction house for 900k. But I honestly don't use it much at all. You do a lot of traveling for quests in the early levels and you feel like you absolutely need a mount. I know i did. But later on you're pretty much just doing instance runs like BH and HH where you either teleport or fly. I feel like selling my land mount and saving up for a good flying mount. World quest is a ***** with slow wings.
