    all your stupid emotes is just part of the reason that shows how stupid your posts are. how many just in this one post? why dont you keep running instead of sitting around on the forums during practice? how about getting off the forum while on the treadmill? maybe then you could put more effort into improving instead of half-assing it so you can get your attention fix.

    b:surrender you can have only up to 4 smilies a post

    and at practice you get breaks obviously. for me after i do a 800m or 1600m practice, i walk around the entire area for 10 minutes and move on to the next thing i have to work on. i'm not sitting around if thats what you're thinking. geez, its called an iPhone for a reason, its not a computer.

    And LOL I'm not sure you would be able to run for over an hour without being bored on a treadmill b:chuckle
