LA or AA

there is a search feature for a reason.. but here goes

LA benefits:
extra 4-5% crit
ability to use channeling ornaments

arcane benefits
more survivability (hp/pdef/mdef)
more damage

Unless you are crazy about -channeling, you should be arcane.
You should have minimum dex (5) and minimum str for your level (49str at 90... 54str at 99), if your gear isn't amazing you should have some vit in. Most mages put it in with groups of 50 for the easy restat, so 53vit is not a problem.. maybe 103 if your gear is terrible. All the rest of your points should be in magic. Although the amount of vit you put in is really based on personal preference, I would say you need at the VERY minimum 4k hp unbuffed at 90, and 5k hp unbuffed at 100+.

well, put away dex, str only what u need for AA and... about 50 vit should be enouth.

and i think going LA at that lvl is senseless, cause at 90 u would go AA (90+ LA wiz is just epic fail!)

La is ****, either way, I know people who have gone full glass cannon and pre90 were skilled pvp wise

you'll die alot in PVE pre 90, and even at 90, unless you have wicked refines and shards, you'll still die.

people say "Shard mdef in some gear for low LA pve"
if you do that, go delete your character now.

BM +cleric buffed
11.1k pdef - 11,1k mdef.

Barb buffed 7.6xx HP.

Magic attk unbuffed 11.6k, buffed 12.9k


15% crit

damn your pdef is TERRIBLE. Going from 40% -> 60% pdef reduction means you take 1/3 less physical damage, which is a pretty big deal.

u have too much channeling it would glitch it alot and most of those things r impossible to get(meaning very hard to craft/find.)

lol its -97 channeling, just hit the statistics button and it'll count up all the adds for you :P But either way the gear would be ridiculously hard to find (most of it doesn't even exist) and you'd still suck. Skills have casting and you may be able to get 2 or 3 skills off in the time someone with no channeling gets one off.. but that one skill would easily one shot this build. Just dumb imo
