Cannot connect

When I write my ID and PASS I get count up and that's all ... Actually I can write any ID or PASS I will get it anyway ... Using Win 7. Got everything well setuped. Any idea ? b:surrender

    Try verifying your client and see if that works.

    Could you please provide us with a trace route from your computer to our servers?

    1) In XP, click on Start > click on Run (In Vista/7, click on the Windows icon/Start > click on Search) > type in "cmd"
    2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast1.perfectworld.com (You can use any of the IP addresses to our servers that are listed below. Try several.)
    Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast1.perfectworld.com"
    3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.
    4) Right Click on the window
    5) Select the "Select all" option
    6) Hit "Enter"
    7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.
    8) Include in your post what Internet Service Provider you are using and what part of the world you are trying to connect from.

    Well, your connection doesn't seem particularly stable, but I'm not sure that that's the issue. Make sure that you are using an administrator account, and that your UAC, firewall, and anti-virus settings aren't preventing you from connecting.

    What exactly have you changed in the UAC, Windows Firewall, or antivirus settings?

    What error messages have you gotten?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    In UAC I change it to Always notify. Turned Windows Firewall down. I dont use antivirus.

    I am getting " unable to connect " after 40 seconds of counting.

    i did that and words come up on the little window and then it just keeps saying "request timed out" over and over
