I need some advice

Right now I'm lvl 79 at 99.7%. I was planning on stopping at lvl 80 until I got myself a herc. So basically I was going to farm/merchant/grind and put all my exp into my genie. Maybe I might even end up with a genie with high LP that I can sell for a lot of money.

But just now I was thinking how bh69 squads seem a lot rarer than bh59 squads. You have to wine bh69 while it's just a luxury for bh59. 2 out of the 3 bh chains for bh69 includes a boss in fb79. If you do get into a squad for bh69, you have to have a barb in order to tank nob and pol, whereas even I can tank all the bosses for the bh59 chains.

There's also the fact that I have absolutely no TT80 equipment ready. And I don't want to deal with "Noob!" comments if I run into a jerk in a bh squad.

Given all of that, is there some compelling reason why stopping at 80 is better than 79, other than the spiffy forum avatar?

    Sticking to 79: Free BH exp and SP, Leveling genies, soloing 1-1 (someone has to open if ofc), doing TTs with squads either way, public quest.

    A maybe for 80: Hitting 80 might be you getting third pick in TT based on levels same with 79, iffy BH. 80 makes your e-thang flourish and grow.

    I vote 79 because it seems a lot more rewarding for you, given your situation. & Who cares about jerk BH squads send your herc after them in the future. <: Also have you considered temporary legendary armor/weps; I'm assuming you're arcane because you were squishy in pvp; check into it?

    I already have some decent equipment. I have the molded legendary lvl 78 arcane robe and sleeves, necklace of legion, and 2 fiend's rings (not sure if I should keep both, I also have Emerald Meteor and that molded legendary lvl 69 ring). I need the tt80 weapon, boots, hat, and belt. b:sad

    Well if there are no replies otherwise for the rest of tonight, guess I'm going to throw all that exp into the genie and stick to lvl 79.

    but i guess as a higher lvl veno u can farm some TT where mats is actually selling for more than 300kb:surrender

    personaly i wud level up past 80 and stop at 82, 82 only if ur planning to go for the glaive which i realy reccomend since its fairly easy to get and also very good, and then on the plus side u can sell what other mats u dont need from them modes for some extra cash.

    granted u gota pay for the wine for bh69, only like 45k average tho which aint to much, and its quite an amount of exp/sp more then bh59 dont forget, hope that helps in some way.

    Conorie !!

    Your gear is fine till 90, just get a nice TT 80 Weapon. I didn't bother getting any TT80 Armor because I knew I would be doing FC. Now I'm 90 and don't plan to level for a while because it is now important to get TT 90 gear. I even went so far asto buy a 85 weapon so I wouln't have to farm ape teeth for 3-4 days to make weapon.

    Also start stacking your 69's. I did maybe 3 max BH 69's and went in every time with a stack of 5 to 6. Usually wine fee is 50k per person.

    Also with the genie thing.. you get a TON of spirit inside FC. I suggest levelling up to 90 and then farming for Herc. I know a Veno (_Riah_ <3) who went Heavy Armor and farms in Fox Form. Imagine that with Demon Fox Form. Which isn't hard to farm since Eden is a breeze...

    You don't need a Herc Veno to do FC. That's just a lazy squad tbh... At 90 you can do the higher TT and farm for money through that way, this is a better plan since they are going to nerf DQ item vendor price. (I guess this is so more people actually do DQ quests???)

    Well, actually even if other people don't mind me not having TT80 gear, I do. ><

    Anyway, I'm not in a rush to level up. Right now trying to figure out how to make a ton of money is kind of fun for me. =p

    And as for FC... I've seen people shout for a squad for 2 hours. And since I don't have a herc, it would probably take me 4. So no thanks about that.

    (That's not my char face on the avatar. I guess it looks kind of like my char. Though I agree, female cleric avatars are ugly lol.)
