Need help with the Supply Stash please <3

Hi, I admit, I'm still really new at this game but I don't think this was supposed to happen, but I could be wrong O.o

I just turned lvl 30 and when I went to open the Supply Stash, it acted like it was going to give me something but it didn't and now it's gone...is this supposed to happen? And idk how to get it back *cries* Can someone please help me, please?

    Check to make sure you have enough open slots in your inventory for the contents.

    You should have at least 3-5 empty slots
