Unable to connect to server

Seems like I am not alone, I was playing fine up until 15 mins ago when my mousepad froze, restarted my comp and ever since I cant get perfect world to open...

    Make sure that any firewall or anti-virus software you may be using hasn't suddenly decided to block the game's connection to our servers.

    checked all of that, ran it as administrator, disabled UCA, my internet is working fine, I checked the list that was mentioned on the other thread of known conflicts. No obvious reasons for this, Im running Vista btw...
    Never had connection problems before now :(
