unable to use hyper exp

Ugh, so last night was running a frost and was going to use hypers. For some reason the game is not allowing me to start a hyper exp session. I will attach a screenshot below...pls help me gms! I am wanting to get to 90 soon! Any response from a GM or someone who knows something would be awesome ty.

    Apparently you were wanting to start a new session, aka, using new stones to start a session while you already used and ran out a set of stones that same day. Looks like that's what you did and you have 14 hours exhaustion time to wait until you could even think about using them again, if I understand hypers well enough. If exhaustion time stacks, then you still have to wait 24 hours from the last time you bought and used some stones in there.

    well I have hypered over exhaustion before. Idky it would make any difference now. It says you can have up to 1k or more exhaustion time (god forbid i ever do that, would be insane) but you're supposed to and I have been able to activate hyper sessions one after another after all hyper exp is gone and buffer. What it is saying is that i still have leftover hyper exp and as you can see from the screeny I clearly dont. Makes no sense to me >.< ugh. GMS PLS HELP!b:surrender

    Well what it was that was what caught my attention more than saying you had time left was that you can only activate a new session once a day. And especially since it says that you have no time left, that would be the only problem. If you'd not messed with any hypers that day, be sure that's the case, and if it is, I hope you do get a fix for it. But perhaps just waiting a day from the time you took the screenshot will have it all fixed up.

    yeah its not working. its been like 12 hrs since i took that screeny and still nothing. I dont think it has anything to do with actually WAITING 24 hrs. I think its a bug. There were some other posts on it last month and supposedly it was gonna be fixed but i dont think it was :s UGH SO ANNOYINNNNNGGG!!!

    someone please help me figure this out? is there any fix???? i still cant use hyper guess ill wait to start it after exhaustion runs out :( maybe itll work then :(

    when did u last use hypers? i.e. start a new session with new hyper stones? you can only start one new session a day.
