    Someone actually did this for fun. Fists in general just destroy with -interval gear + some form of speed up to reach 5 APS (Demon spark is preferred as it gives a attack boost too)... honestly fist BM is better for mastery but if you want to stack vit stones on a fist barb you'll be a better at tanking than a fist BM but at a cost of lower DPS due to no mastery HOWEVER you cannot use any skills (not even true form) while fist BMs can stun, do stuff, etc. Fist archers can use their non-bow attacks too...

    GREAT for soloing TTs though (though fist BMs can do the same -.-) however maxed interval sins will now outshine both of them now that with bloodpaint healing them + rib strike slowing down damage they take
    Navarre was your everyday veno, until she learned her true form. Now she's fox walloping and purging over and over again.. all for a deep stinging, head hunting, wind pushing Assassin. Will there be inner harmony and myriad rainbows? But of course! Yuri&Lemon Find it on Fanfiction XD "Discovering Sanctuary" Chapter 2 is up ^_^

    Not including Demon buffs/mastery skills:

    With just their own buffs

    BM: Fist Mastery for +60% damage
    Barb: Str of Titans for +30% damage plus Poison Fang for +30% damage in wood damage

    If I'm not horribly mistaken, that's fairly equal. Perhaps even leaning toward the barb with a HA vs HA fight. b:shocked

    BM = 1600 - defense
    Barb = 1300 - defense + 300 element damage b:surrender
    ehew demon barb can get 50% element damage x.x

    The BM can stun for 6 seconds >.>

    going to demon skills with 75% mastery vs 40% Str of **** + 50% wood damage

    Also its + elemental damage bonus - resistance, since fire resist mobs constantly resist my blazing arrow's effect

    This is also not including the fact that fist barbs will have more HP than fist BMs due to gaining more HP from vit than BMs

    actually a FIST DEMON BARB has more OVERALL damage than a FIST DEMON BM


    take fist weapon = 1000 dmg


    BM: 1000 + 75%(mastery) = 1750 dmg

    BARB: 1000 + 40%(titan) + 50%(fang) = 1400 dmg + 500 wood dmg





    SAGE FIST MASTERY gives +90% weapon attack, but we all know that we need demon spark to shine so u dont even take it in consideration...


    that's it for DPS...but i might be wrong since i dunno **** beside barb class b:chuckle


    if there isnt something more that can upgrade fist BM damage then BARB wins in this case b:victory





    as wolfgore proved can be used like a second weapon do deal massive DPS and conbined with crit is even more powerfull


    but u may lack in efficency if u do pure FIST since u cant use your skills beside buff b:sad

Armageddon still works based off of HP/MP so no need to have TT or higher axes to use the skill.. even a level 0 axe would put out massive damage. If you're a cash shopper or otherwise can afford to go full refines and shards - you'll have basically same HP as every other barb that does so. Given at level 102, if I stick by the build chart I personally designed, I will have 152 points put into vit for a total of 2584 HP from stats - I think its certainly possible to make that up (and more) through refines and shards, and end up out shining the cookie cutter tank and DD barb builds.

    Of course, you could always build as 3 str 2 dex per level and use both axes and fists, + bloodbath for increased accuracy if needed. Crit rate without crit gear will be suckish though.

    why not? a sage fist bm cant get 5 atk/sec, at least i dont know if they can without nirvana but for sure they can get 4atk/sec. at 4 atk/sec they get 20chi per second, 5 seconds for a spark or 15 seconds for 3 sparks.
    since triple spark last 15 seconds thats enough to spark again when previous one is over. why i am considering sage bm? because 25% damage reduction helps alot in soloing squad mode TT.

    Using fist / claw weapons is not the same as being barehanded.
    You can't even go in true form using fist / claw.

    Oh yeah, btw, you can't even go into trueform unless you're using axe/hammer. And once you're in trueform, obviously, you can't switch weapons.

    I'm not putting down the use of fists. I've tested this on "other" <_< servers and stun + Physical debuff + fist pewpewpew is actually quite effective.

    never said it was.

    what i DID say was that you can do the "TRUE FORM SKILLS BAREHANDED". IE.. you can't possibly use true form while equipped with any other weapon than axe/hammer/poleaxe/polehammer OR be barehanded. Yes.. Im not a dunce, I know that barehanded is not the same as using a WEAPON (aka fists/claws). I was merely stating that IF you went "PURE FIST" build (thereby not able to equip axe of your own level) you could STILL do your tiger form skills since they don't need a weapon.

    why are people making up numbers O_o; magic damage from skills like poison fang/blazing arrow dont work the way yall are thinking. they act as an independant mod outside, with the lack of mastery, the damage is not going to be nearly as equal

    say we have a basic 3 str 2 dex build on a 100 barb/bm

    (1 + 305 / 150 + .6) / (1 + 305 / 150) = 1.1978021978021978021978021978022
    or about 20% more damage, wood damage contributing on the outside probably wont close the gap as much as yall think it would either.

    either way, theres nothing stopping you from doing the build for fun, nor is it impossible for you to get 5 atk/s because you can wear same gear as demon BM

    do u think u know better that a barb? I can take out my axes and go in true form and use skills and go human again WITHOUT wep but the damage wont be the same at all b:shy b:shy

    if your planning to make a fun build go ahead but if you wanna be able to tank stuff don;t bother unless you cashshop as you will have very low HP
