    Okay, well I wasn't there personally, but Elayne always posts an encouraging thread on the forums. Always. Not only that he's an old man who works very hard and needs to be in bed by 8pm, so he spends 15 minutes talking to officers and logs off.

    Second of all, since you're in Essence, maybe you can share your opinion with the leaders and with the guild instead of being a pessimistic little *** on a faceless forum account.

    Third of all i don't know about the party leaders but it's clear the guild isn't working together as it should, so yes, every one needs to work on that.

    And to go back to the whole guild leader thing I'd like to see you lead a guild, work for 1-2 hours on formation every weekend, chase after people who havne't signed up, oversee day to day issues AND play the game AND THEN lose TW so fast AND be expected to be all happy go ****ing lucky about everything that's happened. HEY GAIZ DUN WORRY I WORK SO HARD AND MUCH FOR THIS GUILD SO WE KAN LOZ TW IN 20 MIN BUT ITZ OKAY GAIZ WE KEEP TRY AND MAEK WORK!!!!!

    Bashing Elayne is immature and misdirected. I've never seen a leader (at least in a video game) that spends as much time/money/effort etc on running a guild than him. I personally think he does a really good job, and you can't really blame losing TW on him when almost nobody is doing what he says anyway.

    um.. spec essence war lasted 30min where i used 100k off my hp charm and 2 PvP pots.....

    and we are equal? man im confused.....

    YaKuZa Vs. Koi was more fun. at least it lasted longer

    Gotta say I will agree with Amour. Leaders got always hard work to prepare TW, make the formations, etc. I wouldnt like to hear from my members that we f.ck'd up TW setup and the strategy was not perfect, etc. I myself always sit after TW at office and think what we could do better, even if we won. Essence got really good guild, active in PvP, with many great players that farm and cash shop a lot. I mean its sad to see own guildies talking with such disrespect abt Your leaders and guild - make sure You did more than them then come and talk from ur main. The TW between Spectral and Essence are a pretty good fight and its not easy for any of sides to push the victory to their sides. I think currently Spectral has better strategy, is better organized and just have more DD power. Atm Spectral is a bit better than Essence but it may change anytime. Never get too c0cky and never underestimate Your opponent.
