3000ms ping on Dreamweaver

Am getting a 3000 Ms ping on Dreamweaver server. all other servers have a ping around 220 Ms. I am in Asia more or less equal distance from both coasts..Any help would be nice b:thanks

    Select the server which has the smallest ping to you.
    Dreamweaver/Harshland/RagingTide are on East Coast, while the rest are on West Coast.
