Hello there :)

Hikari is a PvE-only guild for casual players looking for a nice, warm and friendly environment to enjoy the game! We are quite a unique guild, in that we have no grand goals; nothing is more important to us than friendship, fun and just generally being nice and helpful to everyone we meet. You could say we're more like an on-line family than an actual guild :) We are still quite a small guild, but we are growing slowly.

We do not participate in Territory Wars and we do not kill other players. (Duels are fine, as long as you keep it light-hearted ;) If any of our members offends or harasses you, please send me a message, either on the forums here or in game, so I can set that straight.

As for our requirements, your level and class does not matter to us. We are happy to help you grow along with us. All we ask is that you are friendly, willing to help others, reasonably active and capable of understanding English.

Recent events, however, have lead me to elaborate on the following. While we will strive to be as helpful, courteous and friendly to each of our members, there are some demands that we cannot, as a faction, just meet. I am talking, of course, about the sudden expectation of some newer members to have the high levels in faction help with low level bhs. Do not misinterpret me, we will do our best to help with bosses, fbs, difficult quests, etc. But bhs are a different matter. Now, will other member of similar level range volunteer to help with bhs? Yes, of course they will (when time permits). But I cannot say this enough, higher levels will not run that optional quest for you, nor will we power level.

    Couple of things newcomers might wanna now:
    Many people here are not always online. They have lives, jobs.etc Don't expect many people to always be online. I guess the good thing about this is that you get to know others in a more personal matter. Don't be discouraged by the ratio of online vs offline players. Realize that we have alts and vacationers in this faction.

    This faction sounds like one i could fit into :) .

    One question though as im from the UK its always difficult to find a faction that has a decent number of people from the EU which tends to have me talking to myself in faction chat alot of times :( .

    So are there many EU players in Hikari ?

    theres a good amount off europeans in the guild and theres pretty much always atleast 1 european (like me) online but on the average theres 2 or 3 europeans here online
    non alts included i think theres about 5 very active europeans(myself included) but probally more then that in total numbers

    About the europeans, there are quite a few europeans in this faction.
    I'm from the Netherlands myself, and mostly play in the evening, if I got some spare time during the day (mostly in the weekends) I come online during the day as well.

    And besides my there are also a quite bit of europeans in the faction, I know 2 more from the Netherlands (don't know them personally and didn't even invite them so pure coincidence), and I think there are about 5/6 other people from europe at least, if its not more...

    Anyways, we've had some turnover recently. Things happen, ppl discover new games, have rl come up etc. Thus, we're looking to grow again. Unlike other factions, we do allow for one alt in addition to your main to join, so don't be shy and contact us.
