PWI is randomly stealing our stuff D:

Okay, so i was sitting doing NOTHING just sitting there with my friends and i looked into my inventory and had spaces, so i sorted my bag and no spaces. I closed it, taking special attention to the 8 mil sitting in my inventory as well as my supply stash and several fasion items. I open it up after about 10 minutes randomly and my 8mil has turned into 8K and my inventory has spaces again. I freaked out, relogged, nothing. I didn't know what to do, then randomly my Supply stash showed back up, and then my stuff showed back up, but my coin, is gone, i have waited 48 hours for it to reappear, and nothing so far. My friends have also had these type of occurances. My friend first, he had about 20K then in his inventory he had a set of bloodmist wings for the winged elves, and his suply stash, and some potions, he levled to level 15 and went to go open his supply stash after standing NO WHERE near an NPC for god knows how long, and then screamed, HIs supply stash and wings that he had just bought from the boutique, vanished. so he waited a bit, then randomly it appears back again. supply stash and items. However, our coin, is NOT. Another incident where this happened was in FB69 with another friend of mine. He took off a shirt, and it went into his inventory. He walked around shirtless for a little while and when he went to put it back on, it was gone. Waited about 20 minutes, randomly, shirt back, then 10 minutes or so later his supply stash goes boom, gone. Waited some more, and more. Didn't come back. Waited more, and then it appeared again. Then today he logs on, in the middle of nowhere, where he signed off, near NO NPC, and his 1mil is turned into 2K....I don't know what's going on but i have spent over 700 dollars on this game, and i intend to stay, however, this is getting a little annoying, 8 mil, 1 mil, and our supply stashes, are a BIG FREAKIN DEAL

Please help, I'm also submiting this as a Report....thanks, anyone else havin this problem? Plz post here we need to get the GM's aware of this. Also, plz note, we were NEVER logged out when this happened, it happened RIGHT in front of our noses, so I don't think this is a hacking / botting incident, it sounds like a bug in game....

Thanks....what about our coin?? anything we can do to be able to get that back?

the same thing happened to me, but didnt loose AS much as u did. i lost 400k. sent in a ticket got some responses from them but never got my coins back. one thing i have noticed is that they dont give u back ur money. doesnt matter bout anything. only on rare occasions will they give it back. so uless ur one of the lucky few...ur prolly SOL with ur coins. b:cry sorry for the negative response. XD

b:angry pwe is not very into fixing their problems a while back id gotten a prepaid card worth 10$ and id gotten 3 at a time to charge them all at once i normally put in the ten digit code and then wait for it to say confirmed and then go straight back to that page to enter in the other codes before i ever go to my wallet and transfer the zen to server well i was doing this with 3 10$ cards like normal and when i go to my wallet i only had 2000 zen from them meaning one of the cards didnt transfer the zen to my wallet

I went back and forth with the customer service sending tickets back and fourth to them eventually when they kept asking (what is ur exact problem your having with your zen purchase) on the reply to the 5th or 6th ticket on this problem i emailed them a photo copy of all three cards explaining what had happend with a copy of the receipt as well several of there so called fixes were "oh delete your cookies and go back to the page" did nothing its the "third card number in your ticket"(re enterd numbers of all 3 cards then they all said this card has already been redeemed) none of there suggestions worked and resolved the problem and fixed my issue.

Anyways when i finally sent them the photo copy of the receipt and cards they stopped responding to the tickets on the issue i sent around 3-4 more tickets on the same problem and never even recieved another responce back they basically said **** you were done working on your problem of you buying a peice of plastic to look at cause thats all your gonna b able to do with it im sincerely srry about your loss but i doubt that youll get back anything that was lost to you they expect us to apparently take hourly screenshots of our inventory to send to them if we lose anything on behalf of them

dont get me wrong,but its same thing as i say
''hey i had 200mil in my inv,now its gone.pwi should give me back''.
not saying that u are lieing,but if they would give u back,probably some people would abuse it.pwi usually asking for screenshots so u prove what u are saying,but this isnt something u can prove with a ss b:surrender
u might try send a ticket,and wait for answer (sometimes can take few days b4 do they do it) but dont send more tickets,they will think ur spamming and u probably wont get answer for long time.good luck.

You people are so unhelpful. ITS A BUG IN THE DAMN GAME, things are vanishing then randomly popping back up, They need to look into it. God, don't start with the "theres no problem here" bull ****, there is a problem and the problem is that stuff is dissappearing without warning AKA BUG

b:shocked i think they understand that theyre just trying to warn that you shouldnt expect to get your stuff back and with the way pw is on fixing bugs dont expect it to happen anytime soon theyre not very prone on bug fixes with much being as how theres over 100 known bug issuses to date that still havent been fixed

Please send in a ticket to Customer Support with roughly the and date of the issue that you are claiming, plus any additional info describing the issue.

Also try logging out, and restarting your networking gear and PC.

I highly doubt the game is randomly changing the game coins. Logging out and restarting your PC, things should be fine.

Make sure that you didn't drop stuff on the ground accidentally while moving coins in the menus too.
