Boku payment and regions

I have always charged my zen via Boku-paymo without any problems whatsoever, but after the skin changed I havent been able to charge any zen due to this message;


* Our Apologies.
There are currently no Paymo payment options available for your region.


I have waited over a week and I have sent a ticket, but nothing has changed?
My region is europe.

I dont have credict card atm, will I be able to charge zen anymore? b:sad

    I've also tried to buy ZEN with Boku paymo, but it tells It's currently unavailable in your region. My region is Europe and it should be allowed. So, It is about Greece thing 'cause Euro is getting down? Or what is going on? I've bought a lot ZEN before the outfit of PWI site changed too... b:surrender So I'd like someone to tell me what is going on and when I'm able to buy again.

    This issue is now resolved. Please try this option once again for Finland users. If anyone else is having the same problem where you used it in the past and it now does not work, post here and include your country name in the post. I will be able to either resolve it or let you know if your region is just not supported at this time.

    Hello, i have the same Problem, i did also bought alot zen with Boku Paymo but now it dont work anymore, it says: * Our Apologies.
    There are currently no Paymo payment options available for your region.
    My region is Europe, the country is Switzerland. No Idea why it doesnt work anymore, would be cool if you fix it.

    Hey^^ I have the same problem. I used to buy zen before the skin changed and now I get the same Apology message. My region is Europe and the country is Romania. PLease try fixing it. I need zen. T_T

    Hey would you mind fixing it for "Africa" as well, it worked previously before the skin change.

    Romanian users cannot purchase ZEN at this time due to international exchange rates not being enough to actually charge in USD for that region. You will have to try again in 24 hours after that information is updated or simply use an alternate payment method.

    Your region has the same issue as Romania at this time. Your countries exchange rates for your currency into USD is simply not enough to actually make a payment at this time. We advise trying again in 24 hours when this information updates or using an alternate payment method.

    Your region is also victim to exchange rates. At this time, your local currency conversion into USD is just not enough to make a charge with our company. When this happens, you will need to come back and try again after 24 hours when this information is updated and if you still cannot buy, you will need to use a different payment method in order to charge for ZEN.

    PWE cannot control world economies!!! :P That is what we are facing here is that your region's exchange rates into USD is not high enough to actually pay right now. Just keep checking back every 24 hours when the information is updated and the option will appear again when those exchange rates are in your favor.

    Give me about 20-30 minutes and try again ;)

    This issue should hopefully not happen anymore for regions that should be allowed to pay with this method later in the week.

    The issue causing random countries to not be able to purchase using this method was fixed on 5/27/10. If you are now encountering this error, this is due to international exchange rates and you will need to either try again in 24 hours when this information is updated or simply use an alternate payment method.

    OK folks, please read this post because the error that this thread was for is already resolved. Anyone that has the "your country is not supported" message is not an error, but your region cannot purchase based on that day's exchange rates. You will need to try again in 24 hours or use an alternate payment method :D Since I have said this quite a few times in this thread, I am now closing it since the main issue has already been resolved.
