Ok. Since so many people like to argue about which class beats which class.

I figured i'd do this thread.


Contenders:

Lvl 100 BladeMaster
Lvl 100 Wizard
Lvl 100 Cleric
Lvl 100 Archer
Lvl 100 Barbarian
Lvl 100 Venomancer
Lvl 100 Assassin
Lvl 100 Psychic


What each have:

All skills at max lvl.
No Demon/Sage skill versions allowed.
79/100 skills



All other things follow the basic PvP rules:

Ganking - Allowed
Tag-team - Allowed
Single vs Single - allowed
team vs team - allowed
guild vs guild - allowed
server vs server - (I wish) allowed
etc
etc



Now, based on theses restrictions and allowances, who do you guys think will win in the showdown?

    Cool, you take away undine and sleep, which are more than important for a high level wizard as well as the sage ultimates to create an artifical would be balance with the fish classes, that are semi-overpowered anyway. :P Ever participated in high level pvp? I guess no.

    I did this to do a somewhat even PvP scenerio that people could vote on and figure up a winner.

    Well there are classes that really NEED their 79/sage/demon skills to be able to pvp and for others it is just a nice addition. The skills that were hinted for the tideborn classes are nice but not essential. For a wizard it is different. Without Undine Strike you can hardly bypass charms, without sleep you lose one of your control skills. And you only have two.

    u have no idea what lvl 100 means, don't you?
    No demon/sage skills? I stopped reading after that , because the ignorance in thinking some lvl 100 won't have sage/demon is just ... That can only be oracle noob thinking.

    What's the point of comparing them at lvl 100 with no 79/100/sage/demon skills.The only point I see is a hidden question of "Which class is the best"

    lol wtf? I guess I gotta vote barbs.. because they get all their gear bonuses and nobody else will be able to ever kill them with lvl 10 skills. Stupidest poll ever.

    Sorry but tideborn don't have them yet, and I don't see anyone complaining they are underpowered... so yeah, he's right, to "even" the playing field.

    Are you so dependent on those to fight tideborn or how could this affect the outcome, as long as NO ONE has them? b:question

    There's this psychic on my server with +11 Nirvana weap last time I checked. I'm pretty sure no one ever beat him 1v1, sage/demon or not.

    ROFL, demon/sage skill are the characteristic that defines some classes like 79/100 skill. and you also need to set gears... cause any char without high lvl refinement in armour or weapon will get owned by nix.... that is why nix are so overpowered at below lvl 95, when people don't heavily refine their gear or weapon.

    Because classes like wizards depend on their 79/sage or demon skills. What would a wizard be without undine/sleep/skills that do any damage? I can tell you right now that there is no way in hell we would EVER even get remotely close to killing a barb with 20k+ hp with level 10 skills. The entire idea of this thread is stupid..

    He got killed in a 1vs1 by the only one on the server with similar gear, Cayo

    Oh I thought it was only non-demon/sage skills, my mistake then.

    However, if we can't kill without lvl79 skills then it means that either:

    Those skills are overpowered
    The other skills are underpowered

    Assuming, of course, that a psychic CAN kill a 20k HP barb without 79+ skills (which may NOT be the case). I'm not sure if a psy can even kill such a barb at all.

    Cayo has full event ornaments and cape +10, TT99 +10, all with 4 socks and nearly everything with +10 vit stones and on top of that GX +12. How is that similar to +7 everything with 4 socks, lower shards and a +11 Nirvana wpn (g13 btw)?

    And Luc got killled times by Nightrage 1v1 even with current gear to the extent that he gone emo for a day.

    Of course, there are times when even a good player loses. Especially against stealthed sins. I was talking when you are prepared. (and no, wasn't referring vs Cayo)

    if he indeed lost in a organized fight 1v1, it's certainly contradicts what he says. So I'll take your word for it.
