Well the past week i was on vacation to the genting mountains, wednesday i tried logging into my barb to see who all was online in guild. PWI banned my account right away, the email said i was banned due to logging in a banned region. I have email them i tried customer support but no replies. Im back at home now and cant even play my barb, can a GM or mod at least see why i havent gotten a reply yet? :/ or to see how long im banned for?

Tip for the mods/gms, Try banning the Regions IP addresses not the players b:surrender

=.= if sum reason they wont unbanned for sumthing so silly then can you delete my barb MsNesbith so i can recreate and start over again?

    resend ticket they probably also filter it and be patient it take up to 3 days or more to get answer

    Resending duplicate tickets SLOWS DOWN how soon you will be replied to, and can send your ticket to the end of the queue.

    CS takes 2-5 business days to reply to. Please be patient and wait for them to get through the tickets on Monday and Tuesday California time.

    wow that is th stupidist thing i have ever heard no offence but really being banned for logging in thats just the dumbist thing ive ever heard
