Um...(POSSIBLELY) major problem?

Yeah...This is what happened in a nutshell:
Just finished downloading, verifing all the files, and then updating to current launcher for PWI.
I hit the launch button, it takes me to the customization screen, everything is fine.
Sudden pop-up of the "non-english" letters/symbols.
Hit "Ok" on, that and then "confirm" on the settings.
After hitting "Confirm" on settings, suddenly got a "run-time error...." fast pop-up screen. It opended and closed in something like 1-2 seconds or less.
So....I have no clue what just happened, could someone explain what just happened to me? (First time it happened)
Um...If it helps i'm trying to install it on a, somewhat old, dell inspiron 5160 laptop.
If GM's/others need anything else, just put what you need in your post that'll help you figure out the problem.

Did you attempt to re-open PWI? I've had runtime errors before and after clicking cancel, I can reboot the game and it works fine. (of course I get a runtime error about every 1/10 times I play the game, at various times during gameplay.)
If this is not the problem, sorry for wasting your time by making you read this xD Just remember, GM's always help eventually

Is the error message in that thread EXACTLY like the one you're getting, or just similar to it? If it's exactly the same, the same solution should work for you. If it's just similar, I will need a screenshot in order to determine the cause of the problem.==/Senior QA Lead/==

According to the screenshot of your dxdiag, you don't have any video drivers installed. You will need to visit the technical support website for your computer's manufacturer in order to find the proper drivers for your system.==/Senior QA Lead/==

Cause last time i went to dell site, and tried to update drivers and stuff It no work >.< b:cry0 -
