Is it bug or? -char question

Just kinda look weird to me, or maybe its bug or smth idk really. I try to change setings from high to low but didnt help.
Problem is all Tideborns are bald lol (look soo damn ugly) and all other classes got black short hair :/ Its just funny,I got in town and seen like 100 tideborns on 1 town and all are bald b:shocked

Only what is diff if ppl have hair from butique rest are all same.

so is it bug in game or just i do smth wrong :/

    Make sure that the Customizations box on the UI tab of your in-game System Settings menu is checked.

    What Surtr said, just press the U button in game while not in chat to open System Settings, then just go to UI and check the box called customizations. Don't forget to click confirm after that. b:laugh

    If the game is laggy, just reduce the distance, and check proxy visuals (makes it so that all nearby players go invisible.

    will try tonight when i log in game but all settings are on maxed ^^ so idk if that will change smth but im always open for new trys :)
    i know i try on low/high setting but idk if i touch that option tho (cant remeber atm)
    Its not like that i have some ****ty PC or graphic, new FPS's going on maxed
    but ty for fast response i hope will work bcoz omg bald ppl all around :P

    idk what you see on this forum but im not that blonde :D

    btw i check it lol, i cant belive it all was checked there and for some reason that option was off haha
    anyway ty for fast response and finally no bald ppl no more :)
