Problems updating game

Ok its like this when i enter the game and write my user name and pass its says "Your current program version is low please exit and update" ok i exit and try to update but than it says "update server connection failed please try other update server" So i beg you if anyone knows how can i fix this tyb:surrender

    well I'm gonna re-install the entire game and see if that works, wish me luck b:thanks

    hmmm i think that wont change anything. the problem is it doesnt update auto and we cnat download the new patch. but i loged in vent and some guys are already inside the game. moderators, we need some help pls

    Indeed having the same problem here as well. Tried looking for a current update patch, there is none on the site for a manual download. Trying to reinstall the original client now to see if that helps at all. It would be good to get tech support from them on issues like this, as the posts in the forums really do not address this certain issue b:cry

    I did run the trace for them though as suggested to turn in to the tech support, but the link on the forums to the tech support does not work go figure =\

    We seem to have the same problem with updates every time. The tech support on this game is non-existent. Wait another day and try again, unless someone can come up with a better idea. PW should get their act together. The problem with the '**** question' simply affirms my opinion that they are not supporting the game as they should.

    Thing is that it's probably like the last time , they updatd , they forgot to put the patch up on the download page , people who have problems with the patcher are screwed.

    So until someone gives us a download link to the new patch wer just siting here doing nothing b:lipcurlb

    cant log in either i can get to log in screen but it times out then says cant connect to server

    Im also having same problem, "update server connection failed plz try other update server", and auto updates not working. Id like to know what other update server?..the patch 1 and patch 2 thing on the update settings do nothing so..stuck looking at a pw launcher thats not doing a thing *frustrated*.

    Ok in one hand im glad that im not the only one with this problem coz i was already looking at hammer and how could i use it :D but yeah this is realy a problem so can gm or someone who knows tell us something more about it or what ty
    ps. its obvious we are noobs at this thing so help us pls :D

    Cannot get the game to start...did the update that cyber provided (thanks to you Cyber). Start screen just sits there saying 'game already running, try again'....which I did, and it just keeps doing the same thing !!

    using windows 7 pro...any ideas anyone please?

    The auto updater worked for me I could of been on when there was less traffic.I was able to do this on my other pc as well this morning no problems.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    b:surrender I have the same problem but, I could log in to the game just fine a few hours earlier after downloading the new patch. Now, I'm getting told to update it and the patch isn't letting me verify it. I tried downloading the same new patch I downloaded a few hours ago again x_x but, it's not working.

    EDIT: Nevermind, I reinstalled the game and it's all better >_>
