Seriously, Im rather pissed off at the moment. I charged Zen, for the first time in like 3 months, and its not working. With everything thats going on plus this Bull **** with reducing DQ items pricing, this is BS! And I KNOW, Im not the only person Im having this issue Fix this **** now or dont get my money anymore pwi!
Apparently its more difficult to milk a smurf than originally conceived..

    Have you tried using a different broswer or done a hard refresh (ctrl -f5)?

    I just used a $10 PW card just fine.

    yea I have, I've deleted cookies, and cleared all browser entries also, and nothing

    Well here in New Zealand I use the horrible paymo option. The phone company takes like half the money and then passes on the rest. I wish we had prepaid cards ;(

    I feel your pain, I had to use paypal for Angels Online, which sucks.

    With PWI though I can use prepaid ;D

    Oh my god! this keeps getting better and better!!! I just tried to check the status on my two submitted tickets and I copy pasted them directly from the PwE Support page and I got an error stating "Invalid ticket number"

    What the Hell!!!! I want my ****** money!

    Its sad when I get more of a response in game from other players, and more input then when I actually attempt to get out of game support. Thanks everyone for trying to help but its all been the same, Nothing has worked so far and I'm seriously Pissed off. I payed money that I worked my **** off for because however bad this game gets, I still enjoy it, I still have fun at it, because I have friends who I play with and they make it better. But This ****, the whole not being able to actually get money when I transfer it from my prepaid cards that I bought last night, and attempt to transfer it into my wallet even, and I get nothing. this **** isnt cool and seriously needs to be fixed!

    yeah we don't have prepaid cards in Australia either. wish we did tho i would gladly throw so money in here for a decent set of wings and a mount
