Question about Nirvana Upgrade (Need Experts Help)

Do Nirvana Weapon g15 always give 2 sockets? (1st upgrade g13, 2nd upgrade g15)

If not, will you get 2 sockets from tt100 upgrade if you use Chienkun?
(tt100 is always 2 sockets. Im not sure they let you use Chienkun when upgrading tt100.)

I just want to plan straight ahead to use upgrade from Lunar lvl95 weapon or TT100.
I really want to get 2 sockets for my final Nirvana g15 weapon.

    If what you said it's true, we would benefit upgrade from tt100 than tt99 or lunar95, right?
    As tt100 is always 2 sockets, and tt99 or lunar 95 is random 1 or 2 sockets.

    Purely in the sense of upgrading, TT99 or Lunar tends to be quite a lot cheaper than TT100, so you'd probably have an easier time getting a 2 socket Lunar or TT99 than TT100.
