My personal opinion is to avoid Intel video chipsets if at all possible. Go with nVidia or ATI.

What is your budget before you buy a new laptop?
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

I have that graphics card, and to be honest, it's not great. It can't handle a lot of high-graphics games without much lag, unfortunately. It's not unbearable with PWI--i can certainly still play, but I do have to adjust the settings so they're pretty low (which keeps me from lagging much at all, though admittedly the game is less stunning that way), and in cities I have to turn the "best performance" option on, or I lag pretty badly.

If it's within your budget, I suggest going with one of the higher-end graphics cards. Intel's really not made for gaming, and it shows.
