We have some problems with our TW payments and some ppl are thinking they get not enough.

Do you guys have a system to calculate the TW payment in a fair way?

Please post your suggestions.

    Our faction leader uses a spreadsheet and posts it on Google Documents so everyone can download it and see where all the funds go. There is no question, it shows guild funds, payouts, and other things... it's quite impressive and once you create the initial spreadsheet, easy to maintain and update.

    You could use something similar to the DKP system; DKP is gained as members show up for TW/HH/Nirvana/whatever and distribute money equally.
    Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"

    Having the guild leader hoard all the funds is a whoooole valley just asking for exploitation.

    Our faction handles EVERYTHING in the same manner as what Michael Dark suggested.

    We have banks for pretty much everything and our leader has 0 access to them. The banks are handled by officers. However cold faction cash (Which is also completely trackable by google documents) is handled by the leader for the very obvious reason. TW bids.

    I just use it all to buy rep for rank. Currently at Rank 6.
