Why does this deevas look different to me?

I asked the gal flyin it why it looks like that but she said it looks normal to her lol. It had a dark cloud around it with little flowing shiny orbs. The effect was almost completely hiding the usual reddish lightening effect. If someone could instruct me how to post a screen shot from my comp to here i'd gladly show it.

    Daevas changes colors sometimes, it can switch from red to black and sometimes have the purple little orbs on it

    The Deavas (and Nakirs) has 3 draw layers. The black cloud, the red mist, and the sword. Unfortunately this game doesnt seem to keep them in a specific draw order. So each layer is drawn on top of the next, randomly. Sometimes the black cloud is last drawn, sometimes the red, sometimes the sword itself. I cant explain why, but probably a graphics card issue, like tideborn faces & similar incompatibilities with some graphics cards... but thats just a guess.
