Unable to decompose

Hello im unable to decompose Nightfall pendant even thoguth i have enougth money and the craftsman level. Is this a glicth? Has anybody else had this error?

    Is the pendant repaired? If not, that's why.

    no it is, its repaired completly ive tried everything and nothing works. It just says invalid service reqeust, and yes i am trying to decompose it at the craftsman.

    lol i dont think they'll ever fix this glitch. Fail customer support, but if you necro a thread you automatically get serviced right away.

    Wait, I just thought of something.

    Make sure you're trying to decompose the pendant at a craftsman npc. If you try to do it at any other npc like a blacksmith or tailor for example, it won't work.

    i have been having the same decomp prob for awhile now. im not a noob, i know all the tricks. it just plain doesnt want to decomp certain things. this isnt an individual glitch, its a game-wide one that i would be glad to have fixed. i <3 my mirages and i find that im freaking out at the shortage of them. i can send an individual ticket in, but unless something in these new patches (which gank my dq prices b:angry) corrects it i have no hope of anything being done about it. im sort of getting disillusioned by pwi. . . sigh.

    What I notice is if I craft something I want to decomp, theres no problem. However, if I get a drop that I want to decomp I cannot decomp. The same goes for quest items. The quest item's I've received recently cannot be decomped. I do all the checks, I make sure I have the appropriate decomp level, I make sure I am at the proper decomping NPC (crafts for ornaments, bs for weapons and tailor for armor) and I also individually repair all the items in question. I am not a noob at decomping or crafting, I have been crafting since I was a noob and that was over a year ago. Dev's need to fix this or just give us abuncha free mirages for compensation b:angry

    yes im sure im tying to decompose it in craftman npc. It just does not want to decompose.

    For anybody that doest pay attention were talking about Nightfall pendant.

    it does not say cannot decompose, so you can it just wont let you

    Is that the belt that is a level 12 item and requires level 8 craftsman to decomp? The one that decomps into 30 mirages or so?

    it's really problem to decompose dropped equip, only mnufactured. i'm sure i do all things right (right craft level, right equip level, right npc to decomp) but it doesn't allow me to do it. it was always my way to get mirages to decompose 3-stars but now... it MUST be fixed!
