fb19 and hay

ok so I'm still a newb only i'm lvl 21 and I can't find fb19 cave and I don't know what to kill to get the hay. any1 plz help I need this information quick. oh! and also where the hidden celestial in sparrowmark beach in some kind of herb can't find it.

    The Untamed FB19 cave is Den of Rabid Wolves, on Silk Ridge a bit southwest of Wellspring Village. With a glacial walker or magmite as a pet, you should be able to solo most of the mobs in there at your level, but not the boss (you need to lead a squad (of at least 2 people) to use your Call to Duty tablet anyway. You'll get the tablet after turning in the Sprite quest and talking to the elder.)
