ok so i just bought a perfect world card yesterday *($10..00). and when i type in the code the page popped up error has occurred please contact perfectworld email. so i go to my wallet and check my zen and it says 0 zen! and when i try typing in the code again it says card has been redeemed. so basically i just spent $10 and got 0 zen! can a GM or experienced player please tell me what i can do?

    There might just be something wrong with the card activation code itself. No need to panic, stuff happens. Do what it said to do, contact the email provided, or log a ticket.

    Please restart your web browsing session. You'll need to restart your computer after you have removed your cache/cookies for the PW website. You should be able to properly charge ZEN after your session has been cleared.

    If you still have this issue, please send the PIN#'s for any card that was not redeemed correctly as well as the account name trying to redeem the card. We can continue to resolve the issue at that point.

    Schnuggles it did not work i did it twice even. i sent a ticket so hopefully you may be able to fix this.
