Can he get banned for this?

Ok, so earlier today this guy was just constantly spam pming me for almost a hour. He then threated to **** into computer, and said that he already had a lock on my computer. I kept asking him to stop it, but he never stopped so i just blacklisted him. Can he get banned for spamming and threatening me like that?

    Yes. Harrassing other players is bannable. However, you'll need proof. Take screen shots and send in a ticket.

    Agrees with all the above posters, get him off this game,
    I can stand nooby Csers who hyper just to gloat at us folks 40lvls below them,

    In this topic: People who don't know how to blacklist.
    Eh, he'll get a few minutes mute or something. Hardly worth a ban. And I always say, anything YOU can prevent isn't anything others should be punished for. If he was verbally abusing you. Screenshot > Blacklist > report.
    If he was doing it for 2 hours as you said, you're just stupid enough to let him.

    a threat is a threat. you werent stupid for letting it go on for 2 hours, more like smart for getting more proof of the stupid guy threatening and harassing. I always found it better to let it go on for awhile just to see how stupid they can get and sure enough you did too. :D so go get his **** banned!

    Man, I'm usually pretty permissive as far as "bannable" behaviour goes, but players who even have the potential to act like that should be banned or at least muted for way longer than a few minutes. He didn't just spam him, he also threatened him..

    The thing is that I had just met this guy and i was trying to help him. He was a lvl 50 with a lvl 20 weapon and I trying to help him get a better weapon. I tried giving him a new weapon, he said it wasn't good enough, then started acted all crazy towards me, saying things like I'm no help and other things. I don't really Blacklist people as I try to give everyone a chance, however I did BL him in this case.

    Really? You think that not only harassing the OP, but also making threats to **** his computer is not worthy of a ban? Not only is harassment illegal, but threatening to **** someone's computer is as well, and both are against the ToS. If they will ban a person for editing the .ini files just enough to get a different race hair style, why would you think they wouldn't ban someone who threatens to ****?
