How does a person get the screen to follow your movement? I am trying to figure out how to get the screen to change direction when the character does instead of having to manually change the directions by right clicking and dragging the screen to face a different direction

Use the right mouse button to change your direction, and move with WASD, which move you relative to the camera angle. Always following the character's back is a plain wrong way to do the UI of a 3rd-person game where you can move in any direction, if it's not a shooter with a crosshair.

Well, one thing you can do is go to the game settings and then check the box that says A,D keys. I'm not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for, but it follows the character's movement better than having to do so manually.
