Help|Fairy Quest

hi i am level 11 barabain in game
and i see alot nubs(low level)get a fairy
who dont know wat is fairy than i mean the little pet the fly around you
and some ppl tall me go find in your quest
so some one can tall me what quest name or howto do it
if this is easy to do just tall me the information about the quest and am ok please i am poor


edit:
i little search on the forum and i sew that i can get it on Watcher of the Earth npc is that true?
and if so than where that npc in city of the lost i hope i am there now(:

    Watcher of the earth is indeed the NPC you need to go.

    It's close to the teleporter in City of the Lost, you can't miss it since it has a beam of light on top of it =)
