Reduce crowd congestion around NPCs

Why do people (especially with the large dragon mounts) park their butts around some NPCs for hours (School Teacher and Bounty Hunter as 2 examples)?

I have some suggestions about the crowds around the NPCs. Suggestions are as follows:

1) If you are within 5 meters of an NPC for more than 20 seconds - you are booted off your mount.

2) If you are at the NPC for more than 5 minutes (15 minutes for auctioneer), your character gets booted back 20 meters. In the case of the BH or school teacher You get knocked into the water.

3) you cannot move your character within 1 meter of the NPC.

4) You cannot set up a cat shop with 5 meters of an NPC.
Since when did the word "fail" change from a verb to an adjective? A character can "fail" (as a verb) or be a "failed" character (as an adjective), but there is no such thing as a "fail" character.

If "Barb" (not "arian") is short for Barbarian and "Veno" (not "mancer") is short for Venomancer then shouldn't we be calling Assassins something other than "sins"?

Well in another game i used to play, if you were afk for about 5 minutes you would automatically get logged off. I think that would be cool- time limit=log off

Well, I don't know how to combat the problem per se, but a good work around to this is "shift-clicking". If you hold the Shift Key while moving your mouse on the screen, you will be able to click on an NPC with no problems; holding the Shift Key "bypasses" all Player Characters.

Well with that said, you cant get around the immense lag thats around those places.

For the worst lag, I turn off distances and even displaying others usernames (the first and second boxes near that optimization switch where your character's face is). When lag is at it's worst, the switches are, in order from left to right, off, on, on. That really helps a lot...but not much, as my old ****-top is 5 years old and almost ready to BSOD forever...

I see where you're coming from, but for BH, maybe just knock them back one meter. :) And move the NPC to the very, very edge, so knocking into the water would be rare.

I especially like the mount/catshop ideas.

But this will likely never happen. Remember shift-click.

P.S. BUT what they should do is make the yellow text of an NPC overlap everything else. Would make hard to find NPCs so much easier to find.
