Sound Chaser Quicken Amount?

just a quick question for anyone, the weapon Sound chaser, legendary 51 poleblade has Quicken as a add, how much dose it boost your hitrate by, and if you want to work it out for me, 1.18 /sec Quickened too?

    quicken increases attack rate by 20% so 1.18/sec will be 1.25/sec (bad with math so fell free to correct me -.-;)

    She's HA caster, not melee... but it's a brutal build that really works. The XS were just cause she could wear them. lol

    Hmm...HA build cleric. Seems to be a very interesting and fun char to play with.

    Considering the effects of plume shell to absorb 80% physical damage with only time and mp being its restrictions (almost as if the skill treats some mp as extra hidden hp), and cleric's demon spark (like wiz too) gives 700% weapon damage as oppose to 500% for other class that uses physical damaging weapons (venos have something else) - reach perma spark with fists, the ability to heal and use debuffs, and use magic damage as well makes it seems like the best PVE solo char you can have eg.

    In theory, if you can perma spark with fists and with the proper build and gear, you can out damage a fist bm because of that extra 200% weapon damage from demon spark, and is more flexible than a fist archer. Of course, you will not measure up to an AR cleric in terms of healing the tank and mundane cleric tasks, but who cares if you are your own tank/cleric/dd! :D For PVP, your mag defense is just as bad as a bm, but they'll sure be in for a surprise if they try to gank you with physical attacks.

    Yeah...almost like a HA veno as it seems

    Sage veno is 500% phys attack, Demon veno is 650%. I'm not sure if the wiz and cleric sparks even affect physical attack. The wording of the skills is the same as the magic attack portion of the veno triple spark description. Can someone verify?

    They also get no melee weapon mastery bonus. Venos are the only casters who do, and that's only in fox form.

    BMs need to reach 4 atk/sec to perma-spark with fists. Other classes need 5 atk/sec since they only get 4 chi per attack (BMs get 5 chi, maybe assassins too). Because their spark doesn't give an attack speedup, the best a caster can do is 3.33 atk/sec with fists, which translates into triple sparking every 25.5 sec. I suppose if you add Nirvana heavy leggings you could hit 4 atk/sec. Still not enough to perma-triple spark.

    Aww, that's too bad. They really need to fix those skill descriptions on the ecatomb website, cause that's where I got those values from. That's weird, you can cast spells unarmed without a magical instrument, but cant do it will fists on :/ Thanks for the clear up, I could have wasted so much time trying to build a new char to test it lol.

    Been there, done that.

    Hit lv85 with my melee HA cleric, which was a great deal of fun and pretty much the only reason I stopped using it was the extremely rude and obnoxious treatment from the majority of the community (and the fact I quit PW)
    Fists and clerics fail, too many stats distributed and less gain than a BM means you're as squishy as hell with no real damage. Axes with a little vit, 2 misties and plenty of str is the way to go. Dex suffers, but better lack in one area than all areas. My build quite frequently stole agro off same-level axe BM's in PvE, as well as having more HP, rather fun times lol.

    I also actually used Sound Chaser, for the lulz, along with legendary fist (sting of thorns) and legendary sword (eagle claw) xD.

    Notes.
    -Buffs and self heals anytime is awesome. PvE for a "paliden" is far easier than with a BM.
    -Plume shell and HA is insane. Even took down sins in duels with it.
    -Stream of Rejuvenation still heals ok even on 5 mag stat. Could solo heal a squad up to and including fb59, and even the odd 9x arcane on 9x bosses.
    -Use wand of colors, lv14, 2** quest reward, has no mag requirement.
    -A HA DD with rez is a life-saver.
    -Never lost to a cleric in over 50+ public quests....ever. O_o Even won several.

    -NO phys attack gain from sparking.
    -No weapon masteries
    -BM still owns in nearly all areas stat gain-wise, the build is purely for fun.
    -You can rez, you might even have better DPS than the BM's, but a squad will NEVER get it into their heads you aren't a healer.... EVER.

    I applaud you for trying something different that is scorned by the majority of the populace, and what's awesome is that it worked out well :D

    In fact, in a different mmorpg [not mentioning name] that utilizes a duel class system ;) a char build just like this is considered one of the best - being self heal, DD, and non squishy. Too bad its not as good in this game because of a FEW minor things that you had pointed out.

    ya venos sparks do affect both damages. only becuase its useful in foxform too, which all attacks in fox form r melee damage, i should know i miss like 50% of the time with malafic crush, lvl 59 2 spark skill. and since magic attacks never miss, i know that its also melee damage when in fox form. so having both advantages is nice imo for venos.

    I believe that Ascii is trolling, but for the rest of those that continued the thread in a "new-exciting build discussion"...

    These threads and discussions irritate me. You're not being clever, you're not thinking outside of the box. It's not cute, it's not useful. Congratulations on dying your hair green. Yeah, it's unique (not really, who am I kidding) but it's pointless.

    If a cleric is hurting for PDef so much that they build HA, they need to uninstall until they learn about Plume Shell.

    Congratulations on surviving, now good luck killing your adversary. Is it a BM? He'll put on magic marrow and laugh at your 1Ks. Is it a Barb? You're fighting a barb when you're not pure magic? lol. Is it an archer? Hey look, now your defense is as mediocre as theirs but their damage puts you to shame.

    Useless.

    If you want to complain about someone else's build, don't flame or try to start a flame war. Oh and do it in a good manner; saying that someone is a complete moron (which is what I got out of your post) is not a good idea.

    1) Who said a build should be even remotely useful (or cute lol)?
    2) Yes, plume shell is cool.
    3) If you don't like a build, tell it without too much flaming.

    Yes, as a concept it sucks. However, who said it couldn't be fun for the player. I though games were for entertainment, but I guess no then.

    Actually, this 9k matk was with +10 NP. Since then they've gone to +11 it's 10K matk.

    This build is not only viable... it's brutal.
