Unable to redeem prepaid card

So I bought $20 worth of UGC to use on PWI. However, when I try to redeem it, I get a message saying that I cannot because my account is believed to be a criminal of sorts because of my mother's bad credit score. I payed good money for these cards, yet I am refused any Zen. Help?

    Hi I also need help regarding declined prepaid cards. I purchased one form a 7-11 in canada and I have selected the reedem card button. When it pulls me up to the screen I am required to enter my 10 digit number on the card. It gives me the message saying "card is invalid". I have just paid $20.00 for this card and am concerned something is wrong. If there anything you can do to help me I would very much appreciate it, thank you.

    Every now and then we will get reports of prepaid card errors. Unless you are receiving the error message "card already redeemed" you can try again. You might want to log out of the game and website, clear your cache and cookies and try again. Sometimes this will fix this issue.

    If you continue to have problems with the card, please contact us through the support page. Please include necessary details of your transaction such as 10-digit PIN number, dollar amount and your account name. We will handle these issues as quickly as we can. Your money hasn't been wasted, it simply misplaced. Thanks!
