Just so you know, Arch is laggy for everyone, unless you have an uber-computer with uber-internet and are plugged right into the server...

Your system looks ok. Thanks for posting your dxdiag in a civilized manner btw, it was a surprise and very welcomed b:victory

Check your Task manager and see what programs are using up RAM and CPU processes.

Try also disabling your antivirus or firewall while playing and see if that helps.
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

Check out what could be running on your PC.

To create a HijackThis log, go to http://www.download.com/Trend-Micro-...-10227353.html and download and install the program. Click "Do a system scan and save a log file," then attach the text file to your reply.

Or, use this link to download the program if you need to, or use this link: http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en...ols/hijackthis

Then copy and paste the text file into a hijackthis log review website like here: http://www.hijackthis.de/

If the Analyze button doesn't show, it means the website is busy, try again by refreshing the page and trying again. It should give you a list with some info to help you check to see if you have anything weird running on your computer.

i have the same exact problem, and it's been happening since cube of fate friday on my server. any teleporting takes anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes (after clicking the option to teleport to wherever i stand there for the whole time, able to move, waiting, unable to select the same teleport option). i also have this problem with the bless box (takes 30seconds -3 mins to appear in my inventory after clicking ok), and the orbs/sacks from bh 100.

coming out of delta once i tp'd to arch and handed in my bh, got the orb for exp, clicked it to use it, waited over 10 minutes and decided to relog (hoping that would give the exp faster). when i logged back in it tele'd me back to 1k, at the RB exit spawn spot, and i had to wait another several minutes before the exp from the bh orb actually credited to my character.

I was just letting you know on this part that it wasn't that odd. Sorry if I didn't feel qualified to deal with the rest of your question and felt it better to leave it to the professionals (great job darthpanda!)...
