Unable to log in?

I notice that in the patch window, there are 3 servers with -- indicating offline, I presume?
I ask because I cannot log in to Dreamweaver or Raging Tide server at all right now as of 6:15AM PST.

Yeah, that was the third one with -- next to it.

I can log in to any of the other 3 with no issues, but don't really want to create a char on another server, hard enough keeping up with my own server characters.b:victory

the login server is also of Raging Tide again offline
