Error when updating

I used to play PWI on my computer normally. Then, I installed Perfect World National (from my country). Now I wanted to update my PWI and the "Try Again" window comes up when it's going to update this file: http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/6355/errorrs.jpg . I've downloaded the newest version but such error keeps showing up! Someone can help me out? It's really getting annoying.

    Check youre firewall-settings that PWI isnt blocked there.. You can also try the offline patches, wich can be found at the following page: http://pwi.perfectworld.com/download
