Cant connect to server!

Whenever i try to log in it goes to 40 then says Can't connect to server. I downloaded the game on my other comp worked fine went back on this one same thing... Ive verified the files reinstalled the game... Nothing. Force log, too. Firewalls, off. I don't have PeerGuardian. AVG off.. Defender Off... I know there isn't server maintenance because it works on other comp but not this one!!!!!!

DirectX 11

My RAM exceeds the minimun require by far!

Radeon X1650 Graphics card

    IMO AVG is one of the worst anti-malware software suites out there. It has been known to interfere with anything and everything including Windows update. It eats up a lot of resources, scans whenever it likes and can severely slow down your computer at start up. Disabling AVG doesn't properly disable it (if at all) and uninstalling it can be a pain too.

    Opened the exact port - 28000.... Nothing. Uninstalled AGB - Also nothing... Considering reinstalling, but ill try restarting computer first... If the support ticket i sent in 3 days ago doesnt get answered, ill flip... The support helper probably just types slow because the last guy broke his arm, because he got the same low service as me...     What is the OS on the other computer? I have heard of some people having problems with Vista/Windows 7.

    Yeah, the old one is XP. But i don't have an XP disc and i heard those can be 170$+...

    if your having problems at the client update my Wife had that problem, she has to skip the client update and load the game, she has the current client but it still wants to update every time she tried everything but all she does now is skip the update attempt, hope you can get it back up man.
