How to enter into the dungeon race

Can someone tell me how do I enter into the dungeon race and when did they start?

    You enter the race through the Katru Pup or something Pup. Click it --> Enter Race --> It will teleport you into the Dugeon Race.
    I'm not entirely sure but I think the race starts at 3:30 pm Eastern Time and 12:30 am Eastern

    I believe he is referring to that big monster that you find in the 3 major cities and Archosaur.
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng

    There are a total of 10 Khatru Pups in PWI
    3 in arch
    1 in Plume City | Etherblade | Lost City | 1k Stream | Dream Weaver port
    (the other 2 I forget)
