I thought the horn messages would be gone today but i still see people using them?

    Horn ussage has died down... it's still a bit bothersome, but not an issue it was like the first couple of days... I think people are starting to get used to them, to be honest...
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

    They took them out of the cash shop on the upgrade yesterday.... was just wondering why i still see them

    All they did was remove them from the boutique but not make a toggle on/off switch like the other chat types.

    People will use up the ones they bought eventually, and then there will be no more to purchase. Just got to give it some time first. :)

    it would be dumb to take away items what ppl have purchased with gold, even if they would return spent gold cuz there might be ppl who bought gold with rl money only to buy them not for smth else

    OH I HAVE PLENTY FRIGGN MORE! but i thought this would get the point across.....THIS was my whisper channel an hour ago...spammed and it would have been worse except deleted a few ppl off my blacklist to try to contain the others...just didnt have room for these ppl.....

    I don't care if they paid gold or not,. PW needs to refund it and take these things out of this game for once and for all.


    EDIT: oh and btw GMs, while horns are still in use would it not make sense to check the chat once in a while to see if these gudawful things are being used as spam? This was going on way before I started taking screenshots and it went on way after I stopped taking screenshots....its not like this junk is hard to miss when ppl are spamming nonstop for hours on end, and not to mention the ppl in World Chat asking for GMs to shut them up. I know horns were not your idea and I appreciate you taking them out as fast as you could, but please the blacklist cannot even begin to contain the spammage....help!

    That is a tragedy. Not only is it awful to look at, but there are quite a few PWI rules broken in all that chat. Just sickening that people would go to that extreme to flaunt the "I'm doing it and you can't do anything about it" fiasco. I'm glad its not quite that bad on HT. But wow... thats just terrible.

    Their announcement in the thread covering the issue states that yes, they 'will be', now are, removed, though the horns that people have bought will stay available to them. We will just have to wait it out until they run out. There's nothing much else to be done. But at least be thankful that the GMs payed attention to the problem at least a bit and at least took them out of the shop until they fix them properly. At least now its not an unlimited supply to all of the trolls out there.

    Oh I did say in my post that I appreciated the GMs taking them out of boutique as soon as possible...I do not mind that some people have stockpiled horns to recruit for their facs or ask for Frost squads ect. Heck, I don't even mind if somebody says "I love you so-and-so" with a horn. I can wait till they run out with no problem.

    I DO mind having to watch gross, obscene, stupid, and offensive spam for hours on end. Horn users have a right to use the things they bought, but there comes a point where it's out of control. I don't care if they paid money. An entire server should not have to read "so-and-so likes it in his juicy ***" 40 times in a row just because some idiot paid 15 silver.

    THAT is what I want the GMs to do something about.
