TB Chain not continueing

After completing the "Ask for the Potion" quest for the TB chain, I can't continue it. I checked Ormin and the TB Elder, they don't give me any new quests. Anyone know whats wrong?

    Go to the Elder of Archosaur and stand there for 5 minutes after doing the dance action.
    You will then receive a quest to go to Ormin.

    Check and see if Dizzy has a gray colored quest thing above her head and if she does wait till your level 60 to finish. ;)

    Go to Dizzy she is at etherblade lake if she has a gray quest thing above her head wait till you are level 60 to finish the quest. If she doesn't, submit a ticket some people get stuck where your at ;).

    Not seeing the problem. The quests come every ten levels.

    Quests unlock at various levels. All quest chains are that way.

    Your expectation is the problem, I think, not the game.

    But since you are making no attempt to explain yourself, I'll stop now.

    They said the quest unlocks at L60, I'm L66, and they said if the quest isn't there even though you're L60, send in a ticket. Which means theres a problem with the quest.
