Rank I Quest ? Can't Get It ? HELP.

Hey i really need some help with this.

I got rank 1 and i can't get the quest to be able to buy the armour. I'm a wizard and i have the ring in my inventory but there are no new quests showing up. Help please?

    See the female npc (can't recall her name at the moment) standing next to who you got the ring from? Talk to her. Each rank armor piece she has for you costs 10,000 coins. No quest needed.

    Also, You have to chat with her a couple of times to get that eq and if you dont like the stats and such on the rank eq you can buy another set the next day and hope you get more slots and such. repeat if you like..

    rank 2 eq is gotten from dreamweaver port near the pier that leads to the big boat.
