Lost 2 items from Mailbox.

Alright. Anyways, I thought I had retrieved my Items (Quick Ancestral Kirin) and (TechTribal Jacket) From the MailBox. What happened was, I was trying to sell them at the Auctioneer but no one would buy. So I went to cancel the items. I clicked on the messages in the MailBox, clicking on the items. Thinking I had the Items in my invo. I went and exited that little MailBox thingy. Thinking for a moment if I should sell these 2 items in World chat, to see if anyone would buy it. I went and Deleted the messages as I saw it on the Top Corner that there were messages. Now deleting the messages, I was about to say "Selling Quick Kirin and TechT Jacket." When I looked in my Invo. Thinking it was a bug or something. I looked everywhere, at the Banker, back at the Auctioneer, and then I realized.."I think I may have deleted the items" That is why the message thingy popped up twice. All I am asking is for a Gm to read this over. And if they can, to get my items back. And if not, I guess I have to be careful in the future. Thank you!

    It's 11pm where the GMs are - so I wouldn't expect an answer immediately. I'd suggest submitting a ticket to customer service in the meantime.

    Question, did you click the 'Item' button at the bottom right of the mail or did you click on the icon of the item? The way you worded it makes it sound as if you did the latter and I'm not sure if you can retrieve items form the mail that way (meaning you could have deleted the items along with the mail).

    Ah! The Ole' Mailbox Loss..

    Hmn Yeah! I remeber I had a ton of stuff to end and came back to my mailbox.. The thing is , I had already had mail that I had not read the day before and was halfway full. When my items on auction had expired and supposedly returned to my mailbox..

    Well! as soon as I opened the mailbox to start reading, the mailnox automatically deleted all my mail that had over flowed my mailbox.

    I too had sent in a ticket like twice and never got a response or a thank you letter!

    Hahaha looks like I have to start saving up again I guess. My loss then, and they need to make it "Where the message won't be deleted until the item comes out"

    Well, it already has a reminder that pops up and notifies you that the message you are attemting to delete has an attachment, and asks whether you are sure you wish to continue. Pretty useful feature.
