I just got a Genie, and I was wondering how I would get Chi Stones to replenish its stamina?

Decompose any level 2 or more equipment at the appropriate NPC (blacksmith for weapon, tailor for armor, craftman for ornament). You also need to have the required manufacturing level, the higher level the equipment the higher the manufacturing level required. The higher the equipment level the better stone you get. The higher the durability the more stone you get. The equipment disappear if you decompose it.

    Not from any NPC.
You decompose your equipment to get the stone.
Talk to the blacksmith/tailor/craftman, there will be a decompose button.

what ilystah was saying was, if you have any items (weapon, armor, gem) you can take them to their required crafter (blacksmith, tailor, craftsman) and decompose them into the chi stones. basically its like a trade, give an item for chi stones. the items level determines the level of the chi stone you aquire from the item, and the more durability your item has, the more chi stones you aquire from the item. does that help you?
