decomposition change?

Recently, I have been noticing that I get one fewer mirage celestone than I used to, when I decompose things.

For example, a fully repaired level 8 wrist costs me 15000 to decompose, but only gives me 2 mirage celestones where previously I was getting three of them.

I am not sure if this is a problem unique to myself (and I should file a support request), or if this is a recent patch.

Has anyone else been seeing this?
